Verify your location
After your ID has been successfully verified, the next step is to verify your location. It is necessary for Neteller to know that you are in fact a resident in the country that you claim since their service has different functionality is certain countries. Upload Adress Document
If the geolocation option is not available for your country of residence or if you for other reasons are unable to activate the sharing of your location through your browser settings, you can instead up upload a document proving your address. This can either be a utility bill or another official document proving your adress that is issued in the past 90 days. Make sure that the document you upload shows both your registered name and address.
