Verify your location
Once your ID has been submitted you are ready for the next step and almost done with the verification. Next up is verifying your location to ensure that you are in fact located in the country chose when signing up your account. This is crucial information for Skrill as their service differs depending on your country of residence and have limitations in some regions. If you were able to complete the Facebook verification step, you can skip this step. Otherwise, you have the following options:
This step is done by allowing your browser to access your location. If you already have this turned on, it will be completed automatically. Otherwise, you will get a popup asking you to to either Allow or Block the request. Please note that this option is not available for all regions so depending on where you are based, you might be asked to proceed with the below step and manually upload a document supporting your address.
Upload Adress Document
If you are unable to verify your location through geolocation or if you are a residence in a country where this is not a valid option for Skrill, you need to manually upload a document showing your adress. Examples of this can be a utility bill or any other official document that shows your full name, address and was issued some time within the past 90 days.
